Before you start
Four rules apply across Goblis journeys.
Reference before handoff
Material submissions receive a reference so the same matter can move between programme, Finance, assurance or partner teams without becoming a new case.
Agreement before activation
A proposal, conversation or payment intention is not an agreement. Governed relationships activate only after the required reviews and approvals.
Evidence before claims
Activity, payment, output, outcome and public impact are different states. AfriTrace can strengthen provenance but does not replace verification.
Assisted route
Digital is not the only way to engage.
If a user cannot complete a web journey, Goblis can continue the same matter through phone, WhatsApp, email or an authorised in-person channel where available. The goal is to keep one case/reference rather than make the user start again.

Initial forms are designed for minimum necessary information. Identity, financial, legal, safeguarding, research or other sensitive evidence should be exchanged only through the governed route provided for that case.
