Goblis Foundation is registered in Kenya as a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG-55FE6D). Its public positioning as a foundation describes its social-impact purpose and does not imply registration as a charity, public benefit organisation, or tax-exempt recipient in other countries.

Programme and partner responsibilities

The Foundation retains authority over its programmes. Specialists retain their own professional, technical, regulatory and service records. An external link or mention of an institution does not confer approval or financial authority.
