Outcome claims require evidence.
No verified outcome is being invented to fill this space. When an impact indicator passes the system’s publication and verification gates, it appears here automatically. Until then, the live activity view above remains available.

Registration → activation → learning stage → completion → later follow-up. Each stage is measured separately.

Local diagnostic → initiative → partner action → output → measured outcome. The place and baseline remain visible.
