Goblis separates public transparency from unrestricted disclosure. We publish or share information according to purpose, legal authority, privacy, safeguarding, security and agreement boundaries—and label evidence by status rather than implying that everything in the system is verified.
Availability is governed by the underlying record; this page does not invent or backfill missing documents.
Jikimu, Mashinani, AfriTrace Link, partnership boundaries and public programme routes.
Programmes →Governance model, authority boundaries and the distinction between Board oversight and management.
Governance →How concerns are reported, personal information is handled and complaints receive a traceable route.
Safeguarding →Activity, output, outcome and verified public impact are separated, with evidence and publication gates.
Impact →Direct gifts, proposed funds and institutional partnerships follow different reconciliation, due-diligence and agreement paths.
Support →Legal, financial, registration and other records can be shared under a controlled diligence request where public disclosure is not appropriate.
Due-diligence room →Assigned organisations can receive scoped views of approved budgets, disbursements, milestones, conditions, reports, documents and updates.
Organisation account →The system maps organisation budgets, activities, locations, transactions and results so approved data can be prepared for recognised development-transparency formats. Goblis does not claim to be an IATI publisher unless a live publisher registration and publication record exist.
Ask about transparency data →Restricted support is governed by the approved purpose and agreement; a donor cannot silently redirect programme authority.
Provider acceptance, reconciliation, acknowledgement and public impact are separate states and are reported as such.
Recognition, communication and data-sharing choices are purpose-scoped. Support does not create blanket access to named people or records.
Institutional diligence can request the evidence appropriate to the decision, with protected records shared only through an authorised route.
This does not mean the underlying governance or compliance record is absent. Records appear here only when the current-status and public-shareable gates are both satisfied.
Request controlled due diligence →Start a traceable due-diligence request rather than sending sensitive documents by ordinary email.
