Our commitments and responsibilities

Foundation oversight

Goblis Foundation operates through its legal governance structure and accountable executive management. Board responsibilities, decision rights and reserved matters remain governed by current legal and institutional records.

Two programmes and partner roles

Jikimu and Mashinani have distinct scopes. AfriTrace Link is a cross-cutting project, not a third programme. Specialist partners retain authority over their own services and records.

Funds and evidence

Restricted-purpose terms, due diligence, bank reconciliation, safeguarding and proportionate reporting must be agreed and documented. A funding intention or provider acknowledgement is never automatically a verified receipt or impact outcome.

Protected records

Private Board, financial, grant, donor and participant records are not public. Access is role-based and subject to privacy, audit and formal approval.
