Who is accountable for the fund?
Goblis owns Jikimu access, participant relationship, supported-access decisions, referral governance and outcome follow-up. Where Ubunifu provides learning or enterprise-development stages, Ubunifu owns its learning, assessment, credentials and progression decisions.
Where support can go
Examples of responsible, approved use.
Actual expenditure follows the fund purpose, approved budget, donor restrictions where applicable and delegated authority.
