Privacy Policy

How Goblis Foundation collects, uses, protects and retains personal information across public website and programme relationships.

01

What we collect

Identity and contact data, programme or enquiry information, relationship context, donation/payment references, consent choices, technical security records and evidence needed for legitimate Foundation operations.

02

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, administer Jikimu and Mashinani, manage partnerships, process and reconcile donations, maintain security, meet legal/compliance obligations, conduct approved research/MERM and improve services.

03

Data minimisation

Public forms should not be used to send passwords, OTPs, full payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive documents. Goblis Foundation designs forms and permissions around the minimum information reasonably needed for the stated purpose.

04

Sharing and processors

Information may be shared with approved processors, technology providers, programme partners, payment providers or professional advisers only for defined purposes and subject to appropriate controls. Partner status alone does not authorise access.

05

Retention

Records are retained according to legal, financial, programme, safeguarding, audit, donor and evidence needs. Deletion requests are assessed against those obligations rather than promising deletion where retention is legally or operationally required.

06

Your choices and rights

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or other applicable data-protection rights through the Contact Engine. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.

Need a policy or rights-related response?

Use the Contact route so the request receives a case reference and accountable follow-up.
