Public information versus controlled evidence
Website content may summarise programmes, partners, campaigns, impact, opportunities and services. Public content does not replace a signed agreement, approved appointment, current licence, tax record, payment evidence or other authoritative record where one is required.
Separate legal identities
Partners, suppliers, professional advisers and technology providers remain separate legal parties unless a signed instrument expressly states otherwise. A partner logo or website link does not merge liabilities, books, licences, bank accounts or decision rights.
Electronic records
Goblis Foundation may create, receive and retain electronic records for applications, communications, donations, programme delivery, approvals and evidence. A public website submission is not automatically a signed contract or regulated-professional instruction.
Intellectual property
Goblis Foundation branding, original website content, software configuration and institutional materials are protected to the extent provided by law and contract. Third-party and partner marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing law
The public website is governed by applicable Kenyan law unless a specific lawful agreement provides otherwise. Where other laws apply to a particular data subject, transaction or relationship, they are handled according to that scope.
