Create a Fund

Turn a funding intention into a governed proposal before money moves.

A donor, foundation, company, family office, community or other eligible funder can propose a named or purpose-restricted fund. Goblis reviews the proposal, legal/compliance fit, governance and reporting before an authoritative fund record is activated.

Possible structure

Thematic fund

A defined outcome area such as social enterprise, livelihoods, climate resilience, skills or rural opportunity.

Possible structure

Place-based fund

A county, rural area or other geographic purpose that fits Goblis programme responsibilities and evidence capability.

Possible structure

Programme fund

A governed fund supporting Jikimu or Mashinani outcomes without changing programme ownership or participant-data boundaries.

Propose a purpose-led fund

Start with purpose, governance and intended outcomes—not a payment.

This intake creates a proposal reference for review. It does not create a bank account, approve a fund, accept a grant, promise tax treatment or give a donor control over programme decisions.

1Proposal
Describe the purpose, geography, people, amount/period and intended support.
2Due diligence
Goblis reviews mission fit, legal/compliance, safeguarding/data, financial and delivery implications.
3Agreement
Purpose, restrictions, governance, budget, reporting and decision rights are documented.
4Activation
Only an approved relationship becomes an authoritative fund or funding partnership and, where appropriate, a scoped organisation workspace.

How this information is used

Goblis uses this intake to understand the proposed relationship, route it for review and contact you about the same matter. Do not upload or paste sensitive identity, bank, beneficiary or safeguarding evidence here. If further diligence is required, Goblis will provide the governed route. See the privacy policy, including access, correction, deletion and objection rights where applicable.

You will check your answers before anything is submitted.

Not a donor-advised fund by default: Goblis will use that term only if a specific legal and tax-valid donor-advised-fund structure has been established. A normal purpose-restricted Goblis fund remains governed by its signed agreement and the Foundation’s legal responsibilities.
