Goblis Foundation processes personal information for programme relationships, referrals, partnership and funding conversations, support references, evidence, communications, safeguarding, legal obligations and institutional administration.

Data minimisation

We aim to collect only information necessary for the stated purpose. A partner or funder does not receive blanket access to participant or applicant records.

Institutional handoffs

Where a Jikimu or Mashinani journey involves another responsible institution, information is shared according to consent, purpose, agreement and applicable data-protection requirements. The receiving institution remains responsible for records it creates and owns.

Support and contact records

When the protected Contact or support intake service is separately approved and activated, accepted submissions receive durable references before related email delivery is attempted. The current public website does not yet accept such online submissions. Approved records may be retained where justified for Finance, audit, stewardship, legal or operational continuity.

Access, correction and deletion

To ask about your applicable data rights or seek a safe identity-verification method, read our Data rights and requests guidance. A deletion request may be limited by lawful record-retention duties.

Safeguarding and privacy

Personal information shared for safeguarding concerns requires restricted handling. Read our safeguarding commitments and avoid sending sensitive reports through unsolicited unprotected email.
