You can ask the Foundation to review the personal information it holds about you and to consider applicable access, correction or deletion rights.

How to make a request

Write to info@goblisfoundation.org with the general nature of your request and a safe way to respond. Do not send identity documents or confidential records before we explain a secure verification process.

Verification and responsibility

We may need to verify that a request comes from the person authorised to make it and determine which institution is responsible for the record. Partners retain responsibility for records they independently control.

When retention applies

Financial, legal, contractual, safeguarding, audit and statutory obligations may require lawful retention even when deletion is requested. We will explain the applicable outcome through an authorised response, not promise unconditional or immediate deletion.

For clarification, contact the Foundation through its official email. The online protected case and deletion workflow is not yet enabled as a public self-service portal.
